   You’ll chat with Lauren and Hannah.

   We’ll look at your goals, what’s tripping you up, and which option actually fits. (If it’s not right, we’ll tell you straight.)

2. Kick-off and setup. We set your start date on the call.

   You’ll get a short intake and a calendar invite so you know exactly what’s next.

3. First delivery within 7 days. Usually your one-liner or pricing. Something real, fast, and momentum-building.

4. Weekly rhythm One 90-minute live session, async reviews within 48 hours.

Can I do this with a full-time job?

Yes. Plan for around 120 minutes a week. We record live sessions, and async reviews land within 24–48 hours. So you keep moving even if your week is busy.

Do you build the page?

In We Build, yes, we’ll:

• Write the copy

• Do a light build on your stack (Webflow, Squarespace, Framer, Notion, etc.)

• QA it to make sure it works

Note: you cover the cost of your stack (subscriptions, hosting, tools).

InYou Build, we hand you the full spec (copy outline) and review your implementation each week.

What tools do you use?

We keep it simple: Notion, Loom, Slack, your email platform (ConvertKit, Klaviyo, HubSpot), and lightweight analytics (GA4/GTM or equivalents). No custom software or black-box dashboards.

Can you help me get traffic?

We don’t buy media or run ads. But we help you decide where to spend, how to test, and how to use the audience you already have (list, partners, community, or warm traffic).

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. If you start with You Build and decide you’d rather have us build and launch with you, your fee rolls forward as full credit if you upgrade within 30 days. The only caveat: you may need to wait until a We Build slot opens.

What if my idea changes during the project?

That’s normal. Most founders refine their offer as they test. We expect it, and we’ll help you ship the best version now, plus give you the playbook to keep improving.

Do you take equity?

No. Your IP stays yours. We work on a clear, time-boxed project fee.

What if I need more help after the launch?

Some teams stay on for a second cycle, others take the playbook and get their heads down. Either way, you’ll leave with the system in place, so momentum doesn’t stop. You will also get a year's access to The Yes Club. A space to learn and swap stories with other founders building their businesses too.
